OVERVIEW

Villa Chianti is a 6 bedroom 5 bathroom Premier Villa located near the town of Tavarnelle Val di Pesa in the beautiful hilly countryside dotted with villages, forts, country churches and villas. The property is in an ideal location for excursions to the nearby towns and cities of Siena, Florence, San Gimignano and Chianti.

This spacious and airy villa is perfect for those looking for a place to relax and is positioned in a very tranquil area with stunning views of the surrounding countryside.

On your arrival you will be welcomed by a beautiful cypress tree lined driveway, magnificent gardens with oak and olive trees, flowers of all colours and lemon trees planted in antique terracotta pots.

Down the stone steps you will find the pool and gardens with views of the Chianti landscape; a perfect place to relax and cool down on a Tuscan Summer's day.
Next to the pool is a BBQ area ideal for cooking up an alfresco dinner.

Villa Chianti boasts it's own spa which you enter at the back of the property and occupies the whole lower floor, in there you will find a turkish bath, sauna and jacuzzi.

The villa is great for families or groups of friends and has recently been tastefully remodelled to ensure comfort and luxury whilst acknowledging the traditonal style in which the home was built.

ACCOMMODATION

Ground floor

The villa opens onto a large and bright verandah with fireplace, antique stone floors and a comfortable divan where you can enjoy a glass of the local Chianti wine. From the verandah you enter the billiards room with a bar and on to the kitchen, main dining room which features a fireplace and TV room. 

First floor

Up the stone staircase the first floor opens onto a spacious living room with large and comfortable divans. This area, with its wooden beams ceiling, creates a pleasant and luxurious atmosphere with all the modern comforts you could desire.
On this floor there are also four bedrooms, all with built-in wardrobes and ensuite bathrooms with bath and shower. These bedrooms all feature stunning views over the countryside.

Bedrooms

In the main building there are 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin room.

Attached to the villa is the 'dependance' or outbuilding. This part of the villas consists of two extra bedrooms; one double room and one twin room, a family bathroom with shower and a kitchen and dining area.
