Villa Claudio is surrounded by vineyards, endless beauty and modern comfort. Set in the Tuscan countryside, in a small village enclosed within an antique stone wall which includes the villa, a small church, two rural houses and a park with a swimming pool.

Situated in the Reggello town area, 2 km from the mall and 30 minutes to the centre of Florence by car, the villa offers splendid views of the mountains and surrounding area.

Accommodation

Villa Claudio has recently been renovated with particular attention to the details, with furnishings in classical style.

The villa opens onto a large and elegant dining room which can hold 18 guests and has a beautiful view over the valley.
Next to the dining room is a large, well equipped kitchen ideal for cooking lessons.

The bedrooms with views of the Tuscan countryside can be found on the first floor and are elegant and comfortable. They are equipped with internet, safe, minibar, satellite tv and air conditioning.

In front of the villa is the restored barn, a small building with 3 bedrooms. It has a fresh and modern finish with white oak parquet floors and white beams.

First floor
5 double bedrooms and bathroom with shower. (2 of bedrooms can be configurated into two single bed bedrooms and one with 3 beds).

Ground floor with 2 double bedrooms, each with shower. (In one, the beds can be separated).
First floor with a triple bedroom, bathroom and shower.

Outside

The villa boasts a salt-water pool overlooking the valley, a large solarium area near a smaller quiet area with sauna and gym including a treadmill and exercise bike, with separate bathroom and shower.

The outside terrace is the perfect spot for enjoying good food in the company of family or a group of friends in the pleasant Tuscan climate. 

The villa is surrounded by a well-cared for lawn in a lovely sunny and panoramic position.

There is a rectangular swimming pool (7x14) metres, depth 1.40 with the possibility of heating (additional charge). It has sunbeds, outside shower, and a few shady areas where you can admire the magnificent views and sunsets.

The parking area is in the grounds.
