Villa Lilleth is a charming countryside retreat nestled in the peaceful area of Kypseli on the island of Zakynthos. Combining the warmth of a traditional Greek escape with modern comforts, this spacious two-floor villa is ideal for large families or groups of friends seeking privacy, relaxation, and comfort.

The property consists of two separate floors, rented together to accommodate up to 12 guests. Surrounded by 4 acres of lush landscaped gardens and located just a short drive from the beach, Villa Lilleth offers the perfect balance between tranquillity and convenience.

Accommodation

Each floor of Villa Lilleth features its own fully equipped kitchen, making it ideal for shared holidays while maintaining independence between groups. Kitchen facilities include a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, four-ring hob, microwave, mixer, kettle, coffee machine, and toaster — perfect for preparing family meals or group feasts.

The villa offers spacious living rooms on both floors, furnished with comfortable seating, sofa beds (single and double), a satellite Smart TV, and a cosy fireplace. Each dining area includes a table and chairs, with air conditioning throughout for added comfort.

For convenience, amenities such as an iron, ironing board, clothes rack, hair dryer, baby cot, and high chair are provided. A keybox ensures easy check-in and check-out.

Bedrooms

Villa Lilleth offers six comfortable, air-conditioned bedrooms spread across two floors:

Ground Floor

Bedroom 1: Double bed

Two bathrooms on this floor both feature bathtubs with showers.

First Floor

Bedroom 4: Double bed with terrace access and en-suite bathroom (shower/WC)

In addition to the en-suite bathroom, the first floor also includes a separate bathroom with shower and WC. The layout provides both shared and private spaces, ensuring comfort for all guests.

Outside

The outdoor areas are designed for relaxation and Mediterranean living. A private 55 sq. m swimming pool (depth under 1.5 m) is surrounded by 9 umbrellas and 6 sunbeds, as well as an outdoor shower for added convenience.

Guests can enjoy al fresco dining under the gazebo with a built-in grill and outdoor dining area. There is also a charcoal BBQ equipped with a mini-fridge and sink — perfect for long summer evenings.

The villa offers private parking for up to three vehicles and is ideally located in a quiet area of Kypseli. The nearest beach is approximately 3.5–4 km away, restaurants are within 1.5–2 km, a supermarket is just 500 m–1 km away, and Zakynthos International Airport is about 20 km from the property.
