The villa features a bright and spacious living room designed for comfort and relaxation. A fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for preparing meals, whether it’s a simple breakfast or a leisurely dinner at home.

Bedrooms

Villa Kyma offers two comfortable bedrooms, accommodating up to four guests. Each room is designed to provide a restful and peaceful environment, complemented by a modern shared bathroom.

The layout is ideal for couples, friends, or a small family looking to enjoy both privacy and quality time together.

Outside

The outdoor spaces are designed for maximum relaxation. An 8 x 4 metre private swimming pool (depth 1.5m) invites guests to cool off under the Zakynthos sun. After a swim, comfortable sun loungers and a pergola-covered seating area provide the perfect place to unwind day or night.

A brick-built barbecue and outdoor dining area set the scene for al fresco meals, while the spacious garden — landscaped with lawn and flowers — enhances the peaceful atmosphere. A pool table adds an extra touch of entertainment.

Private parking is available within the property. Within a 10-minute drive, guests can visit the popular seaside resort of Tsilivi with its sandy beach, bars, and restaurants, while Zakynthos Town is less than 15 minutes away.
