Villa Kallisti is a spacious, modern villa infused with traditional Greek charm, perfectly located just outside the popular seaside resorts of Alikes and Alikanas. With stylish interiors, extensive gardens, and a private swimming pool, it comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests, making it ideal for families or groups seeking a relaxing and memorable Mediterranean holiday. Its combination of character, location, and comfort has made it a favourite with repeat visitors.

Accommodation

Set over two floors, Villa Kallisti has been fully renovated to offer a seamless blend of modern comfort and traditional style. The ground floor features a bright and airy lounge with comfortable sofas, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi, flowing into a fully equipped kitchen with oven, four cooking rings, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. Large terraces offer shaded seating areas with views over the gardens and pool, perfect for relaxing or dining outdoors.

The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout and provides parking for up to three vehicles.

Bedrooms

Villa Kallisti offers five bedrooms designed for privacy and comfort:

• Ground Floor: Three double bedrooms, each air-conditioned with satellite TV and en-suite shower rooms.

• Upper Floor: One double and one twin bedroom share a family bathroom with bathtub. There is also an upper lounge with a sofa-bed and a small kitchenette, perfect for accommodating the 11th guest.

All bedrooms are bright and welcoming, with easy access to terraces and stunning views over the gardens and pool.

Outside

The villa’s outdoor spaces create a private Mediterranean oasis. The newly added 8m x 5m swimming pool (depth 1.4m, open 01/04–30/10) is surrounded by comfortable sunbeds and ambient lighting for evening swims. Paved terraces, mature trees, flowering shrubs, and lawns offer a tranquil backdrop for strolling or sunbathing.

A covered dining area with a table for ten and a barbecue is perfect for alfresco meals, while multiple seating areas around the gardens provide plenty of spots to relax and enjoy the sun. Villa Kallisti combines privacy, beauty, and comfort to create an unforgettable holiday experience.
