Designed with bright, open spaces and a strong emphasis on comfort and style, Villa Chara 3 is arranged over multiple levels. The ground floor features a fully equipped modern kitchen with sleek countertops, high-end appliances, and everything needed to prepare meals using fresh local ingredients. Adjacent to the kitchen, the spacious living room is furnished with comfortable sofas and a 50-inch flat-screen TV, creating a welcoming space to relax after a day of exploring the island. A cozy refectory area elsewhere in the villa provides a quiet spot for coffee or downtime.

Bedrooms

Villa Chara 3 offers four elegant double bedrooms, each designed to ensure comfort and privacy.

• Ground floor: One double bedroom with a king-sized bed and a private ensuite bathroom with shower.

• Upper floor: Two double bedrooms with king-sized beds, each with ensuite shower rooms and access to private balconies with scenic views.

• Top floor (Sofita): One additional double bedroom with a king-sized bed and an ensuite shower room, offering enhanced privacy and a tranquil atmosphere.
