Helios Haven is a brand-new luxury retreat just a short stroll from the soft golden sands of Zakynthos. Completed in 2024, this elegant hideaway blends modern comfort with effortless island living. Nestled in the peaceful area of Kamaroti, Lithakia, the villa offers privacy, style, and relaxation only 600 metres from the beach.

Spanning 110 square metres across two levels, Helios Haven is thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to four guests — ideal for couples, friends, or small families seeking a serene escape.

Accommodation

The villa’s bright open-plan living area creates a welcoming and airy atmosphere, seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor spaces. The stylish lounge flows into a fully equipped kitchen featuring an oven, ceramic cooktop, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, espresso machine, electric kettle, toaster, and all essential cookware.

Whether you’re preparing a light breakfast before heading to the beach or enjoying a relaxed dinner at home, every detail is designed to make dining easy and enjoyable. A convenient guest WC is also located on the ground floor.

Bedrooms

Helios Haven offers two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each designed with comfort and simplicity in mind.

• One bedroom features a comfortable double bed.
• The second bedroom includes two single beds, perfect for friends or children.

Both bedrooms have their own modern en-suite bathroom with a shower, offering privacy and convenience for every guest.

Outside

Step into your own private oasis beneath the Ionian sun. An impressive 8 x 4 metre swimming pool sparkles at the heart of the terrace, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and shaded umbrellas.

The outdoor area also features a stylish lounge space and an al fresco dining area, ideal for long, leisurely meals outdoors. A barbecue completes the setting, inviting relaxed evenings spent dining under the stars of Zakynthos.
