At the heart of the villa is a striking double height atrium featuring a botanical indoor garden, bringing a sense of calm and serenity to the property. This unique architectural feature floods the interior with natural light whilst creating a tranquil atmosphere throughout.

Private Spa Facilities

The basement level houses a full spa retreat, perfect for relaxation and wellness. The spa features a heated plunge pool with waterfall and water jets, measuring 1.6 metres deep. There is also a steam room accommodating 4 guests, complete with luxury robes and towels, plus a dedicated massage area with table, sink and mirror. An additional bathroom with shower is located on this level.

The utility room contains a washing machine, separate dryer and sink, along with the engine room.

The outdoor space at Villa Karin is truly exceptional. The centrepiece is a magnificent 70 foot infinity pool with a maximum depth of 7.8 feet, offering stunning views across the Aegean Sea. Adjacent to the pool is a luxury stone fitted jacuzzi equipped with 12 pumps and LED lighting, perfect for evening relaxation.

The expansive terrace provides ample space for outdoor dining and entertaining, with comfortable seating for 10 guests, pool loungers and umbrellas. An outdoor shower system and custom made BBQ with sink complete the outdoor amenities.

The gardens surrounding the villa feature traditional Mediterranean planting, including vines of grapes, 12 olive trees, a satsuma tree, pomegranate tree, lime tree, fig tree and a herb garden, creating a true taste of Greek island living.
