The luxury property offers extensive living spaces, split across 2 levels. The high-end finish of the villa has been impressively designed by the owner to accommodate your guest's every need.

Alongside the open-plan kitchen/dining and living area, floor-to-ceiling sliding doors offer access to the breath-taking pool and outdoor area.

The property centres around a double height atrium with a botanical indoor garden space, bringing a sense of calm and serenity.

In the basement there is a full spa retreat. This consist of a heated plunge pool with waterfall and water jets and is 1.6m deep.

There is also a steam room to fit 4 guests, with robes and towels, and a massage table area with a sink and mirror.

There is a further bathroom and shower in the basement.

The utility room consist of washing machine and separate dryer and sink and also has the engine room.

All bedrooms are ensuite with built in televisions. All the rooms have fitted wardrobes with LED lighting inside and wooden hangers, shoe horn and shoe brushes.

Outside the villa is the breathtaking pool, a 70ft infinity pool with a depth of 7.8ft at the deepest end.

There is also a luxury stone fitted jacuzzi with 12 pumps and LED lighting.

Pool loungers and umbrellas, with outside seating for 10 guests provide ample space for relaxing and entertaining outside.

The villa features an outside shower system and a custom made BBQ with a sink. 

The garden features vines of grapes and has 12 olive trees, a satsuma tree, pomegranate tree, lime tree, fig tree and a spice garden
