The interiors of Villa Murta are thoughtfully designed, combining contemporary style with warm colours and elegant finishes throughout.

Ground Floor (Split-Level)
The ground floor features a beautifully designed, custom-built kitchen with breakfast bar and all necessary appliances. A dining area overlooks the pool, while the comfortable lounge offers sofas, satellite TV, and a single sofa bed suitable for a 7th guest.

Also on this floor is a welcoming double bedroom and a separate toilet with washing machine.

Upper Floor
Upstairs, there are two further double bedrooms. Both bedrooms benefit from en-suite shower rooms and direct access to large panoramic terraces, perfect for enjoying the surrounding views.

For maximum comfort, the entire villa — including bedrooms and common areas — is fully air-conditioned.

Bedrooms

Villa Murta offers three stylish double bedrooms:

• 1 Double bedroom on the ground floor

• 2 Double bedrooms on the upper floor (both with en-suite shower rooms and terrace access)

• 1 Single sofa bed in the lounge (for the 7th guest)

The layout ensures both privacy and comfort, making the villa ideal for families or small groups of friends.

Outside

The whitewashed exterior of Villa Murta has been beautifully designed to blend with the surrounding landscape, incorporating large terraces, arches, and subtle influences from Cycladic architecture.

The outdoor areas provide generous space for relaxation and privacy, with views stretching across olive groves to the sea beyond. The inviting private pool (8m x 4m) features a charming aqua-green colour and is beautifully lit at night. A spacious patio with comfortable sunbeds and an outdoor dining area surrounds the pool, while a canopy provides additional shade.
