Villa Linus is a stunning 4-bedroom beachfront villa perfectly positioned on the waterfront of Skaleta near Rethymno on the beautiful island of Crete. Recently built and finished to a high standard, the villa offers breathtaking sea views, modern comforts, and the convenience of local amenities within walking distance.

Accommodation

Villa Linus is set over two floors and has been thoughtfully designed to create a welcoming and comfortable living space.

On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and an adjoining lounge with satellite TV and two single sofa beds. Large doors open directly onto the furnished seafront terrace, allowing guests to enjoy indoor-outdoor living with beautiful sea views. This level also includes a family shower room, a laundry room with dryer, and two en-suite bedrooms.

Stairs lead to the upper floor where two additional en-suite double bedrooms are located. Each bedroom has access to a seafront terrace with spectacular panoramic views. The entire villa is fully air-conditioned and stylishly furnished, creating a relaxed yet elegant atmosphere.

Outside

The outdoor spaces of Villa Linus take full advantage of its incredible beachfront location. A spacious front terrace offers stunning sea views and includes a barbecue and outdoor dining area, making it the perfect setting for al fresco meals while enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

The private swimming pool (5m x 4m, depth 1.2m) is surrounded by sunbeds and shaded areas, providing a relaxing place to unwind under the Cretan sun. A small playground is also available for children, making the villa particularly family-friendly.

A front gate leads directly to the beach just 5 metres away, offering one of the most desirable beachfront settings in Crete. Off-street parking is also available free of charge.
