Villa Gem is a charming historic village house located in the small Venetian-era settlement of Frantzeskiana Metohia. Originally built in 1850 using natural materials and recently fully renovated, the villa carefully preserves its traditional Cretan character while offering modern comforts. Surrounded by the peaceful atmosphere of a traditional village, it provides an ideal retreat while remaining within easy reach of the lively town of Rethymno and the nearby coastal village of Gerani with its beautiful beach.

The villa features two spacious lounge and dining areas along with a separate fully equipped kitchen, making it well suited for families or small groups. Two of the bedrooms are designed in a charming mezzanine style, adding to the character of the traditional building, while the third bedroom is located on the main level. The outdoor spaces at Villa Gem are designed for relaxing and enjoying the natural surroundings. The property features a seasonal private swimming pool measuring 8m by 4m with a decked area for sunbathing.
