Accommodation

The villa features a contemporary open-plan layout with spacious living areas. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are designed with accessibility in mind, including a walk-in shower and adapted toilet.

Outdoor spaces flow seamlessly from the villa, with a private pool (6.5 x 4 m, depth 1.45 m), automatic lighting for evening swims, and a shaded BBQ area with dining for four. Private covered parking is also provided.

Bedrooms

Villa Evelyn 1 has two comfortable and fully equipped bedrooms:

• Master Bedroom: King-sized bed, private balcony, Smart TV, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom

• Second Bedroom: Two single beds, private balcony, Smart TV, air conditioning, blackout curtains

• Both bathrooms feature spacious, modern showers and accessibility features to ensure comfort for all guests

Outside

The villa’s outdoor area includes a private pool surrounded by seating, lush gardens, and a shaded BBQ area with dining table for four.

The setting is peaceful yet convenient, with the beach just 500m–1 km away, local restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and easy access to Rethymno Hospital and the major airports of Heraklion (72 km) and Chania (77 km).
