Villa Elea is a magnificent, brand-new villa with private pool, beautifully set in the peaceful countryside of Armenoi, just a 10-minute drive from the sandy beaches of Rethymno on the island of Crete. Fully air-conditioned and finished to a high standard, the villa offers relaxation, privacy and beautiful views over the unspoilt Cretan landscape.

With 3 bedrooms, a private pool and a children’s playground, Villa Elea comfortably accommodates up to 6/7 guests, making it ideal for families or small groups of friends seeking a tranquil yet convenient holiday base.

Accommodation

Set entirely on one level, Villa Elea is bright, airy and thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. The interiors are tastefully furnished and fully air-conditioned throughout.

The spacious lounge features comfortable seating, satellite TV and a sofa bed for a 7th guest. The adjoining fully equipped kitchen includes four cooking rings, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer-dryer, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and dining table — everything needed for a self-catering stay.

Large patio doors open directly onto the pool-facing patio, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.

Outside

The outdoor spaces of Villa Elea are beautifully designed for relaxation and enjoyment. A shaded furnished patio overlooks the private swimming pool (6m x 4m, depth 1.3m), complete with comfortable sunbeds and parasols.

Guests can enjoy al-fresco meals in the shaded dining area with brick-built barbecue, while children will love the dedicated playground with toys. Private parking is available within the premises.
