Villa Nikolaos is a modern detached holiday villa with a private swimming pool and spectacular sea views over the Mirabello Gulf. Designed for comfort and relaxation, the villa accommodates up to six guests and offers stylish interiors together with generous indoor and outdoor living spaces. Its elevated position provides beautiful coastal views while remaining conveniently close to the beaches and restaurants of Elounda.

Accommodation

Villa Nikolaos is arranged over two floors and has been thoughtfully designed to create a bright and welcoming atmosphere throughout.

On the ground floor there is a spacious open-plan living and dining area along with a fully equipped kitchen featuring both a filter coffee machine and an espresso machine (Illy capsules required). Large glass doors open directly onto the balcony and pool terrace, allowing guests to enjoy uninterrupted sea views. This level also includes a comfortable double bedroom.

The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout to ensure a pleasant stay during the warm summer months.

Bedrooms

Villa Nikolaos offers three comfortable bedrooms and can accommodate up to six guests. One double bedroom is located on the ground floor. On the first floor there are two additional spacious bedrooms, one double and one twin. The first-floor bedrooms share a family bathroom equipped with a jacuzzi bath, shower and toilet, providing a relaxing space after a day exploring the island.

Outside

The outdoor areas of Villa Nikolaos are ideal for enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The terrace overlooks the stunning waters of the Mirabello Gulf and features a large private swimming pool measuring 8.5m by 6.3m with a depth of 1.6m. Sun loungers are provided around the pool for relaxing in the Mediterranean sun.

Guests can also enjoy a barbecue area with outdoor dining space, perfect for al fresco meals while taking in the sea views. Private parking is available on the property, and the villa’s location allows easy access to the beaches and attractions around Elounda.
