Villa Boreas is a modern and spacious villa ideally located in the sought-after area of Agia Pelagia. Accommodation

Set over two floors and covering 200 sqm, Villa Boreas has been thoughtfully designed to combine style and comfort. The main floor features a spacious lounge with satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning, leading to a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and an indoor dining area. A convenient WC completes this level. Air conditioning is provided throughout the villa and included in the rental price.

Bedrooms

Villa Boreas offers three beautifully appointed bedrooms:

• A ground-floor double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

• A large mezzanine bedroom featuring a double sofa bed on the lower level and a double bed on the attic level, with its own bathroom.

• A lower-floor double bedroom with a private lounge/playroom and bathroom.

Most rooms open onto balconies, allowing guests to enjoy uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean Sea and Agia Pelagia.

Outside

The villa’s exterior is designed for ultimate relaxation. Surrounded by lush gardens and extensive terraces, Villa Boreas boasts a private 50 sqm pool (1.2–1.6 m deep) with sunbeds and parasols for long hours of leisure under the Cretan sun. An outdoor kitchen and dining area are perfect for al fresco meals, while private parking is available within the premises. The swimming pool is open from 01/04 to 30/10.
