The layout unfolds naturally across four spacious levels, where sunlight fills the living areas.  The fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals effortless, and the bedrooms provide a peaceful and welcoming retreat at any time of day. Throughout the house, modern comforts blend seamlessly with a relaxed, homely atmosphere, making it easy for guests to settle in and enjoy quality time together.

OUTSIDE

Outside, the villa transforms into its own private paradise. A lush garden leads to a large swimming pool measuring 10.5 by 5.5 metres, with depths ranging from 0.5 to 1.8 metres. From here, uninterrupted views stretch across the Cretan Sea, creating a stunning setting for relaxation. Eight comfortable loungers, four umbrellas and a shaded pergola provide plenty of space to unwind on slow summer mornings, while evenings are perfect for barbecues and al fresco dining as the sky fills with beautiful sunset colours.

For those who enjoy staying active, the villa also features a private tennis court, complete with a basketball hoop for a casual game. A ping-pong table adds another fun touch, making it easy to enjoy a bit of friendly competition with family or friends during your stay.
