Overview

Villa Terra Creta is a beautiful, elegant yet comfortable 5 bedroom Premier Villa, located in Chania on the Greek Island of Crete. The Villa can accommodate 10 guests (12 upon request only, subject to additional fee per person) in 5 en-suite bedrooms, 3 living rooms, indoor and outdoor dining areas and kitchens. It also offers an outdoor ecologically purified heated swimming pool with its surrounding living area, a fully equipped gym, a spa area with Turkish steam bath and sauna, as well as a small guest house for additional guest upon request.

The villa is located in one of the most spectacular places of Greece and is endowed with a panoramic view primarily of the picturesque town of Chania and its landmark, the renovated lighthouse at the old Venetian harbour but also of both, the blue Aegean Sea and the famous White Mountains of Crete, usually covered with snow from November until late May. This makes Villa Terra Creta a wonderful safe haven to visit throughout the whole year.

Indoor and Outdoor

The house has a modern architectural design in perfect harmony with its mature garden and the surrounding landscape. Indoor and outdoor living transcend harmoniously, so it is suitable for all seasons throughout the year. Villa Terra Creta is ideal for a holiday break, a reunion of any kind, an anniversary celebration or even a small scale wedding event. The property sleeps 10-12 people. There are two bedrooms on the upper ground floor, one bedroom on the ground floor and two bedrooms on the lower ground floor.

Upper Floor

On the upper ground floor the master bedroom consists of a private lounge space, a sleeping area with a king size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a private heated plunge pool, a walk-in closet and a private office space. The second bedroom on this level has two comfortable single beds and a private bathroom with its own Jacuzzi bathtub. It is ideal for two adults or the family’s children. The upper floor is offering tranquility and serenity, as you can enjoy relaxing activities and discover real peacefulness.

Ground Floor

On the ground floor level there is a small separate studio, consisting of a sleeping area with a queen size bed, an en-suite bathroom and a private living room with direct access to the swimming pool area. It can accommodate two more people if necessary with the use of a big convertible couch. Two separate living areas, the dining and the kitchen area are on this level too. Villa Terra Creta offers upscale amenities and top-notch facilities in a very private and safe environment.

Lower Ground Floor

On the lower ground floor there are two more bedrooms, both with a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom as well as another spacious multi-use living are available for guests. All of them overlook the garden and have a panoramic view of the old town and the sea at the same time. Further down on that same floor level you find both the fully equipped gym and also the relaxing spa area with a Turkish steam bath, a Scandinavian sauna and a massage space, all of them overlooking the garden. all your senses surrender as your body becomes one with your soul.

Outdoor living

The sunshine in this part of the world is on average approximately 300 days a year, so the infinity, ecologically purified and heated pool (pool heating charges apply), the pool bar and the shaded and non-shaded living areas around it encourage guests to spend most of their day outdoors where they can enjoy a refreshing plunge in the pool, relax on the comfy loungers, have BBQ or wood oven cooked meals and drinks and also enjoy unforgettable sunsets overlooking the scenery of their choice.

Spend your precious free time the way that suits best the mood you are in.  A fully equipped gym for some physical exercise, a spa with sauna and steam bath are at your disposal. A fully operational kitchen is there for cooking lovers. Living areas provide you all equipment that you need in order to feel like home, watch a movie with your beloved ones or listen to your favorite music.
