Upper Ground Floor Bedrooms

The upper ground floor houses the magnificent master bedroom, which includes a private lounge space, sleeping area with king size bed (1.8 x 2 m), an en suite bathroom with private heated plunge pool, walk in closet, safe box, and private office space with its own balcony. The second bedroom on this level features 2 comfortable single beds (0.90 x 2 m each) and a private bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub, making it ideal for 2 adults or children. The upper floor offers exceptional tranquillity and serenity, perfect for relaxation and peaceful moments.

Ground Floor Living

The ground floor features a self contained studio with a queen size bed (1.60 x 2 m), en suite bathroom with shower, and private living room with direct access to the swimming pool area. This space can accommodate 2 additional people using the large convertible sofa bed if necessary. This level also includes 2 separate living areas, a dining space seating 8 to 10 guests, a guest WC, and a fully equipped kitchen. All amenities are designed to provide a luxurious and private environment for guests.

The lower ground floor contains 2 additional bedrooms, each with a queen size bed (1.60 x 2 m) and en suite bathroom with shower, plus another spacious multi use living area with satellite TV, home cinema, music system, office desk with desktop computer, and aquarium. All rooms on this level overlook the garden with panoramic views of Chania old town and the sea. This floor also houses the fully equipped gym featuring treadmills, elliptical machine, multi gym machine, weight lifting equipment, and exercise mats. The relaxing spa area includes a Turkish steam bath, Scandinavian sauna, massage bed, shower and WC, all overlooking the garden.

Multiple outdoor seating areas with couches and chairs surround the pool, including a special sitting cave area and high table with stools. Outdoor dining is available at tables accommodating 8 to 10 people, with an additional table for 4 available.
