Villa Sandrine is a brand-new, luxury holiday home with private pool, beautifully located in the exclusive area of Tersanas, just a few kilometres from the renowned town of Chania on the island of Crete. Offering large gardens, breathtaking sea and sunset views, and superbly finished interiors, this villa is the perfect setting for an unforgettable stay.

Designed to impress even the most discerning guests, Villa Sandrine combines elegance, comfort and spectacular scenery — ideal for relaxing by the pool, enjoying a glass of local wine at sunset, or soaking up the warm Cretan sunshine.

Accommodation

Set over two floors, Villa Sandrine has been built to the highest standards, featuring wooden floors, fine marble finishes, large windows and full air-conditioning throughout. The interiors blend sophisticated Italian design with high-quality German appliances, delivering comfort and style in every detail.

On the ground floor, a spacious open-plan lounge with adjoining kitchen and dining area is flooded with natural light thanks to wide windows overlooking the pool and gardens. The lounge offers comfortable sofas, satellite TV and Wi-Fi, while the dining table seats six guests. The stunning, fully equipped kitchen has been purpose-designed to cater for every culinary need. A convenient WC is also located on this level.

Stairs lead to the first floor, where three beautifully appointed bedrooms and two bathrooms are located.

Bedrooms

Villa Sandrine offers three elegant bedrooms on the upper floor:

• A spacious master bedroom with en-suite shower room and private kitchenette, ideal for preparing breakfast to enjoy on the terrace

• One double bedroom

• One twin bedroom

• A stylish family bathroom with bathtub (shared by the double and twin rooms)

All bedrooms feature large patio doors opening onto a generous, partially covered furnished terrace with stunning views over the gardens, pool, Mediterranean Sea and unforgettable sunsets.

Outside

The villa is surrounded by extensive landscaped gardens with lawns, shrubs and Mediterranean flowers, creating a peaceful and private environment.

The private swimming pool (8m x 5m) enjoys sun throughout the day and is beautifully lit at night. It is equipped with six comfortable sunbeds and can be accessed via Roman steps or ladder. Spacious paved terraces provide the perfect setting for sunbathing and relaxation.

For al-fresco dining, a shaded poolside dining area and large barbecue are available, complemented by a lawned space nearby. Enjoying dinner outdoors while watching the sun set over the blue sea, accompanied by a gentle breeze, is an experience that truly defines a luxury holiday in Crete.
