Villa Accommodation in Chania

This light and bright villa comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests and features 3 double bedrooms with 4 bathrooms, a large heated private infinity swimming pool and a fantastic outdoor dining and BBQ area.

The spacious interior features an open plan kitchen and living area plus a guest toilet. The living area overlooks the pool with views across the bay and features spacious seating areas, a television with satellite channels, and a large dining table perfect for family meals.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The master bedroom features a king size bed and en suite shower room, with access to both shared and private balconies through large sliding terrace doors.

A second double bedroom with king size bed, an en suite shower room and private balcony can easily be converted to 2 single beds to suit your needs.

The third double bedroom with a king size bed and en suite shower room has doors leading directly onto the pool area for easy access.

There are multiple balconies and terraces which were designed to be private and also to showcase the fantastic views across Chania bay.

Outdoor Space and Pool

The very large beautiful outdoor living space boasts luxury sunbeds and designer lounge chairs, perfect for soaking up the Cretan sunshine.

An outdoor dining area and kitchen are located next to the pool and include a charcoal BBQ, sink and fridge. There is a large dining table with a covered pergola for shade and a heater for cooler evenings.

On the ground floor you will find the private heatable infinity pool, terrace areas, and outdoor dining areas with stunning views.

Villa Features and Amenities

All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and are comfortably furnished with luxury beds, bedside cabinets, and bedside lighting.

Free WiFi is available throughout the house and in all outside areas.

The villa provides full air conditioning independently controlled in every room.

The villa has a private entrance with remote controlled electric gate, and parking for several cars, including 2 shaded pergola areas.

A high chair and baby cot are available upon request.

If required, the villa is also equipped with electric pool heating (additional cost), underfloor central heating, and patio heaters in the outside dining area.

Location and Local Area

Within a couple of minutes walk of the villa there is a shop, coffee shop, bar and 2 restaurants in nearby Kokkino Chorio village.

Plaka village is a 5 minute drive where you can find supermarkets and numerous restaurants and bars offering local and international cuisine.

There are many options when visiting local beaches in the area.

The Secret Beach is a small secluded beach 800 metres from Kokkino Chorio and the village of Almyrida has a lovely sandy beach and is abundant with seafront restaurants and shops. This beach also offers numerous watersports activities for those guests who are more adventurous.
