Accommodation

Villa Aiva is arranged over three spacious floors and features generous communal areas, terraces, and stylish furnishings throughout. The entrance is on the mid-level, where the air-conditioned main living space is located. This floor includes a comfortable lounge with ample seating, indoor dining areas, and a brand-new fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and plenty of storage.
Large patio doors open directly onto the poolside terraces, seamlessly connecting the interior with the outdoor areas and offering stunning views of the sea and unforgettable sunsets. The villa also includes a games room on the lower floor with a billiards table and table football, providing great entertainment for younger guests.

Bedrooms

Villa Aiva offers a total of six air-conditioned bedrooms and five bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests.

• Mid floor: One double bedroom with en-suite shower room, plus a family shower room.

• Upper floor: Four bedrooms (two doubles and two twins) and two family bathrooms with bathtubs. All bedrooms open onto private balconies with spectacular, unobstructed sea views.

• Lower floor: One twin bedroom with en-suite shower room.

The outdoor areas of Villa Aiva are designed to impress. The villa is surrounded by beautifully kept gardens with lawn, panoramic terraces, and direct access to the sandy beach right in front of the property.
The private swimming pool measures 8m x 4m, with a separate shallow children’s section and a depth of 1.4m (open from 01/04 to 30/10). Sunbeds, outdoor sofas, and a dedicated dining area create the perfect setting for relaxation and al fresco meals, while the barbecue area is ideal for long summer evenings under the Cretan sun.
