The upper floor serves as the main entrance and houses 4 bedrooms, all with large balconies and beautiful views:

• Bedroom 1: An 18 m² master bedroom featuring a king size bed (1.60x2.00m), en suite shower room, freestanding oval designer bath, and access to both shared and private balconies through large sliding terrace windows.
• Bedroom 2: A 16 m² bedroom with king size bed (1.80x2.00m) easily convertible to 2 single beds, en suite shower room and private balcony.
• Bedroom 3: A 16 m² bedroom with king size bed (1.80x1.90m) convertible to 2 single beds, with access to a shared balcony.
• Bedroom 4: A 16 m² bedroom with 2 double beds (1.40x2.00m) and private balcony access.
