ACCOMMODATION

Inside, the property comprises four attractive bedrooms in the main house, most with en suite bathrooms, along with an independent guest house providing a fifth bedroom and added privacy. All bedrooms are air conditioned and open onto terraces, enhancing the indoor/outdoor living experience. The ground floor features a welcoming living room with an open fire and TV with Netflix and Prime, opening onto the terrace. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area with direct access to the terrace, creating an easy indoor outdoor flow. A laundry area and guest WC complete this level.

A covered terrace provides excellent outdoor living space with dining facilities, an outdoor kitchen, bar area and plancha, perfect for entertaining. Guests can also enjoy table tennis, a boules pitch and a children’s play area.

The enclosed gardens feature a charming koi pond, and there is parking available for several cars within the property.
