Located in one of the most scenic and glamorous areas of the French Riviera, Villa Sur Mer is an exquisitely stylish modern property, blending cutting-edge technology with a serene, secluded setting. Villa Sur Mer is fully staffed to provide a five star experience, including a villa manager for eight hours daily, three housekeepers, a handyman, a chef for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and a butler to assist with all meals. Services include a welcome and luggage service, concierge, daily cleaning, towel changes as needed, bed linen changes twice weekly, and family laundry. Food and beverages are available at an additional cost.

ACCOMMODATION

The villa offers seven individually designed guest bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and private terrace. In total, the property provides approximately 700 m² of living space within 4,800 m² of grounds.

For wellness and relaxation, the villa features a spa with a sauna, hammam, shower, indoor exercise pool, and massage room. The outdoor areas are designed for entertaining, parties, and socialising, while a lift provides access to all floors. Integrated audio and visual systems are installed in each bedroom, and the villa includes a fully equipped Boffi design kitchen, an expansive salon with 180 degree views, and a second professional kitchen with a service lift to the main kitchen, ideal for larger events.

Guests can enjoy a gym equipped with the latest Kinesis and Technogym equipment, as well as a wine cellar stocked with some of the finest selections. Reverse cycle air conditioning and heating is installed throughout, with an exterior lift giving access to the villa entrance, swimming pool terrace, and parking area. The property also features a secured garage for two cars and a fully integrated security system.
