A well-appointed study includes a desk, PC, printer, internet connection, and iPod docking station, making it ideal for work or leisure.

Set within 5,000 m² of terraced gardens and an olive grove, the villa offers a large terrace with outdoor dining facilities and an 8 m × 4 m heated infinity pool (1 m–2 m depth) overlooking the surrounding countryside and Plascassier. A summer kitchen by the pool features a built-in charcoal BBQ and additional dining facilities, perfect for al fresco entertaining. Practical amenities include a covered garage for two cars and a secure well with a locked gate.
