The glamorous, palm lined promenade and beaches of Cannes are also just a short drive away.

ACCOMMODATION

The ground floor offers a spacious and sun filled living area with wide patio doors opening onto the pool, terrace and garden lounge, complete with al fresco dining facilities. The space includes a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a comfortable living and dining area ideal for both relaxation and entertaining. A smaller adjoining living room can be converted into a double bedroom with a sofa bed and an adjoining shower room, providing flexible accommodation for guests. This room also features a TV. Also on this level are a guest WC, a small office, and a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer.

A large covered terrace provides al fresco dining with a sink and BBQ, perfect for entertaining. Guests can also enjoy a tennis court, pétanque court, and convenient on-site parking.
