OVERVIEW

Villa Alexandrine is a four bedroom villa built on three levels. The villa is exceptionally well decorated in pale, neutral colours with cool stone and terracotta floors and is sympathetically furnished with antiques.

To the front of the villa is the private parking area and a cherry orchard.

Nearby Pernes-les-Fontaines is a lively, picturesque market village with shops, bars and restaurants.  Not too far is the magnificent walled city of Avignon, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, which boasts the gothic “Palace of the Popes”, a wonder not to be missed.

Villa Andrea has four bedrooms accommodating up to 8 guests, with 2 shower rooms and a main bathroom. The fully modernised kitchen boasts a large dining table and a generous-sized living room with French doors to the garden.

OUTSIDE

Villa Alexandrine boasts a walled garden with mature trees and shrubs and a cherry orchard. The private pool measures 11m x 7m and features Roman steps and is secured by a fence. The villa also features a pool shower.

A covered barn with outdoor dining and portable charcoal barbecue is perfect for al fresco dining.  There are several shaded areas to sit and relax surrounded by mature trees, shrubs and numerous fountains (please take care with children) to add an air of tranquillity.

Pernes-les-Fontaines is a lively, picturesque market village with shops, bars and restaurants. Near Isle-sur-la-Sorgue famous for its antiques shops.
