Sleeping up to eight people in comfort, Villa Mirabelle is where one can enjoy the best of this part of the French Riviera in a quiet area, with picturesque views all around including over Biot and towards the surrounding mountains.
The beach is about 10 minutes drive away, whilst nearby towns ready to explore include Biot, Antibes, Cannes, Mougins, Valbonne, St Paul de Vence and Nice. Nice itself is about 20 minutes away.

ACCOMMODATION

The villa is full of light with full air conditioning and all the modern amenities one would expect. The front door leads to a luminous living/dining area which is contemporary and tastefully furnished.

The bedrooms upstairs have a shared terrace with great views across to the sea.The ground floor features an open plan living and dining room with French doors opening onto the terrace and jacuzzi. The kitchen also has direct access to the garden, creating an easy indoor outdoor flow. A double bedroom with French doors to the garden is located on this floor, along with a guest bathroom and a separate guest WC.
