The villa is full of light with full air conditioning and all the modern amenities one would expect. The front door leads to a luminous living/dining area which is contemporary and tastefully furnished.

There are lot's of great spaces in this property in particular the outside terraced area, the living area has three large French doors that open to a terrace with jacuzzi spa. There is also a 12m x 5m swimming pool with pool house, outdoor dining area and barbecue. The bedrooms on the upstairs have a shared terrace with great views across to the sea. 

The beach is about 10 minutes drive away, whilst nearby towns ready to explore include Biot, Antibes, Cannes, Mougins, Valbonne, St Paul de Vence and Nice. Nice itself is about 20 minutes away.
