Villa Verre is arranged over three levels. The ground floor features a spacious open-plan living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling sliding windows opening onto a decked terrace, as well as a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. The lower ground floor is dedicated to leisure and wellness, with a cinema room, sauna, fitness room, shower and separate WC. A wide selection of recreational equipment and water-sports gear is available for guest use, and activities such as boat hire, jet-skiing and parasailing can be arranged.
Bedrooms
The villa offers five well-appointed bedrooms. On the ground floor is a double bedroom with en suite shower room. The first floor includes a principal bedroom with a super-king size water bed, a partially open-plan bathroom with bath and shower, and access to a sea-view terrace. Two further bedrooms on this level offer double or twin beds, one with sea-view terrace access, each with en suite shower rooms. The lower ground floor accommodates an additional double bedroom with en suite shower room.
Outside
Villa Verre is set within beautifully manicured Mediterranean gardens, accessed via steps from the pool terrace, and planted with palms, olive trees, oleanders and lawned areas. The private heatable swimming pool measures 10 m x 3.5 m and features Roman steps, a safety alarm and year-round opening.
