Originally built over a century ago and carefully restored in 2004 under the supervision of the Croatian Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments, Villa Valdora seamlessly blends historic character with modern comfort. Set across a 1,500 m² private estate, the villa features a heated swimming pool with jacuzzi, sauna, Mediterranean gardens, and refined living spaces designed for luxury coastal living.

Ideal for families and groups, the villa accommodates up to 10 guests in five beautifully appointed bedrooms.

Accommodation

Spread across three spacious floors, Villa Valdora offers elegant interiors designed for both relaxation and entertaining.

The ground floor includes a fully equipped modern kitchen with bar seating, a stylish dining area, and a comfortable living room with designer furnishings and satellite TV. This level also features a spacious double bedroom with a contemporary bathroom and can function as a private self-contained apartment.

The first floor serves as the villa’s main social and wellness space, featuring a second fully equipped kitchen, an elegant dining room, and a spacious living area with artwork, designer furnishings, and sea views. Large doors open onto the main terrace, creating seamless indoor-outdoor living. This floor also includes a private study/library, sauna, and guest toilet.

The second floor is dedicated to rest and privacy, with four elegant bedrooms, sea-view terraces, and beautifully designed bathrooms. Throughout the villa, guests will enjoy high-end finishes, natural light, and a refined Mediterranean atmosphere.

Bedrooms

Villa Valdora features five luxurious bedrooms and comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. The ground floor includes a spacious double bedroom with a queen-size bed and private bathroom, while the second floor hosts four additional bedrooms designed for rest and privacy.

The master suite features a king-size bed, an elegant en suite bathroom, and a private terrace overlooking the sea. Another double bedroom also benefits from an en suite bathroom and sea-view terrace, while the remaining two double bedrooms share a beautifully appointed bathroom and enjoy access to a balcony and winter garden.

Each bedroom has been thoughtfully designed with elegant furnishings, calming interiors, and a luxurious yet welcoming atmosphere.

Outside

Villa Valdora’s outdoor spaces are designed for complete relaxation and entertaining in a private Mediterranean setting.

Surrounded by palm trees and lush Mediterranean gardens extending across more than 1,000 m², the villa features multiple terraces with stylish outdoor seating, ideal for long lunches, evening cocktails, or al fresco dining by the sea.

At the centre of the outdoor area is a private heated swimming pool with integrated jacuzzi, surrounded by sun loungers and peaceful garden views. Guests can also enjoy a barbecue area, shaded terraces, and uninterrupted coastal surroundings just moments from the water.

The villa also offers private parking, air conditioning throughout, high-speed internet, and premium amenities for a seamless luxury stay in Split.

We do require a damage deposit of £1500.00 on all bookings, 7 days prior to departure via a secure online page. This damage deposit is held against your card and is released back to your card on your return, subject to no damages. The damage deposit value will differ for weddings / celebrations.
