Spread across 3 levels, the ground floor holds 4 bedrooms with sea-view terraces, while the first floor houses a master suite, spacious living/dining areas, and a fully equipped kitchen. The second floor presents a king-size en suite bedroom with balcony and private terrace. Outdoors, a large infinity pool, multiple terraces, and pergolas provide the perfect setting for al fresco dining. The villa is located near Hvar town center, beaches, and restaurants.

Second Floor:

• Bedroom 7: King size bed, living area, dressing room, door to balcony, en suite bathroom with shower, sea view, door to large private terrace with 2 sunbeds and a parasol.

Outside 

Villa Solis Hvar's outdoor area spans 2,000 m² with a heatable infinity pool, terraced grounds, and al fresco dining. It offers direct beach access and private parking. Note, the separate kitchen is exclusive to professional cooks for in-villa dining and not included in the rental agreement.
