Originally built in 1960, Villa Uziel combines timeless Dalmatian charm with modern luxury. Beautifully crafted stone arches, sophisticated interiors, and a spectacular infinity pool overlooking the Adriatic create an atmosphere of refined relaxation. The property can accommodate up to 9 guests when including the optional summer house annex, making it ideal for families and small groups seeking an unforgettable coastal escape.

Accommodation

The villa is arranged over two main residential floors, while the ground level serves as an exceptional outdoor living space designed for relaxation and entertaining. The first floor features a spacious living room with comfortable seating, satellite television, DVD player, and stereo system. Large sliding doors open onto a furnished terrace with stunning sea views.

Adjacent to the living area is a stylish dining room connected to a fully equipped kitchen featuring all essential appliances. A bathroom with shower is also located on this level. Throughout the villa, guests can enjoy air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite television, modern kitchen facilities, laundry amenities, and private parking.

For guests requiring additional accommodation, a separate summer house is available at an additional cost, offering a private and comfortable space alongside the main residence.
