The villa features a main residence with left and right wings, a separate Lux Heaven Suite, a private outdoor pool, sauna, meeting room, and a traditional bocce court. With seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms, Villa Heaven comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests, making it ideal for family holidays, group getaways, or luxury retreats in the heart of Dubrovnik.

Accommodation

Villa Heaven - Luxury Villa with Pool Dubrovnik offers a sophisticated blend of historic architecture and contemporary amenities. The property is fully air-conditioned and equipped with SAT LCD TVs, stereo and Hi-Fi systems, Wi-Fi, in-floor heating, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, a wine cellar, laundry facilities, and a private garage with space for four vehicles.

Accessible by elevator from the garage, the villa unfolds across several beautifully designed levels. The separate Lux Heaven Suite includes a stylish bedroom, living and dining area with kitchenette, bathroom, and private terrace. Above the suite is a modern meeting room complete with projector and screen, ideal for business gatherings during your stay.

At the top level of the property, guests will find the beautifully restored 200-year-old main residence featuring a spacious living room, elegant dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. An additional outdoor kitchen with BBQ provides the perfect setting for al fresco dining while enjoying spectacular views over Dubrovnik and the Adriatic Sea.

For wellness and relaxation, the villa also includes a private sauna with shower facilities.
