Set across a 780 m² plot with 500 m² of refined living space, Villa Aurum spans three floors and showcases panoramic sea views towards the island of Daksa and the Grebeni rocks. The property combines elegant design with high-end materials, including Travertino marble, Croatian oak flooring, and carefully selected artworks and designer features, creating a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere.

Accommodation

Villa Aurum is arranged over the ground floor, first floor, and second floor, offering spacious indoor and outdoor living areas designed for relaxation and entertainment.

The ground floor features a seamless open-plan layout with large glass walls connecting the interior to sun-drenched sea-view terraces. It includes a fully equipped modern kitchen, a dining area for up to 12 guests, and a comfortable living room with sofas that can accommodate additional sleeping arrangements. A guest toilet is also located on this level.

On the first floor, guests will find a dedicated study with open sea views and a fully equipped modern gym for daily fitness routines. This level also includes additional accommodation and terrace spaces ideal for quiet mornings and relaxation.

The villa also includes a separate guest house, providing added privacy for visitors. Each guest unit is fully self-contained with its own bedroom and en-suite bathroom.

Villa Aurum offers 5 bedrooms in total, each with its own en-suite bathroom, accommodating up to 12 guests (10+2).

The second floor hosts two spacious bedrooms, including the master suite of 57 m², featuring a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with both a shower and bathtub. The second bedroom on this level is also generously sized, offering a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

On the first floor, there is a double bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, along with access to private terraces for peaceful morning views.

Two additional guest houses provide further accommodation flexibility, each featuring a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a shower.
