The property extends across 700 m², with a 300 m² main residence arranged over three levels. Designed for families and groups, the villa accommodates up to 9 guests and provides a luxurious setting for an unforgettable stay on the Dubrovnik Riviera.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and features underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, SAT/TV, a fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen. Additional amenities include a laundry room, baby cot and highchair upon request, barbecue facilities, and private parking for one vehicle.
