Originally built in 1938 and beautifully renovated in 2013, Villa Adriara blends traditional stone architecture with refined modern interiors across four spacious levels. Designed for complete privacy and relaxation, the villa features a private swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, multiple terraces, and exceptional views of Lokrum Island and Dubrovnik’s iconic city walls.

Perfect for families or groups, the villa accommodates up to 10 guests in luxurious surroundings with premium amenities and elegant living spaces throughout.

Accommodation

Spanning approximately 450 m² across four floors, Villa Adriara offers stylish indoor and outdoor living designed for comfort and entertaining.

The ground floor features a charming Dalmatian-style tavern, a fully equipped professional kitchen, and direct access to the main terrace and pool area. A colourful atrium creates a welcoming atmosphere, while both internal and external staircases connect all levels of the villa.

The first floor includes a beautifully designed living and dining area filled with natural light and panoramic sea views. A signature round salon adds character and sophistication, opening onto a private terrace complete with jacuzzi and outdoor seating.

On the second floor, guests can enjoy a private wellness area with sauna and shower, alongside two elegant bedroom suites with sea views. The attic level offers a peaceful hideaway with a stylish reading corner, luxurious bath area, and spectacular outlook over Dubrovnik and the Adriatic.

Villa Adriara features five beautifully appointed bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests.

Ground Floor: One twin bedroom with shower room

First Floor: One double bedroom with en suite bathroom and terrace access

Second Floor:

• Master bedroom with double bed, en suite bathroom, and private sea-view balcony
• Superior double bedroom with en suite bathroom

Attic Floor: One superior double bedroom with reading area, luxury bathtub, and additional shower room

Each bedroom has been thoughtfully designed with elegant furnishings, natural light, and a calming Mediterranean aesthetic.

There is a sofa bed in the living room for an additional 2 guests, if required
