Casa Yalumba is a stunning, carved-rock building situated in an idyllic location with breathtaking views of the Elaphiti islands. Its design and decor reflect a classic maritime theme, featuring a combination of white and blue hues that harmonize with its coastal surroundings. 

The villa boasts direct access to the pristine and crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea, allowing guests to enjoy swimming or sunbathing on the platform located just in front of the sea. The cleanliness and clarity of the water in this region are renowned.

The ground floor of Casa Yalumba includes an elegant living room, equipped with a TV, DVD player, and music system. French doors open up to the terrace, allowing fresh sea air to fill the house. Guests can choose to relax on the comfortable outdoor chairs on the covered terrace, taking in the sights and sounds of the surrounding area.

The upper floor of houses four bedrooms (one of which is a single room), including a master bedroom with a balcony offering stunning sea views. Each bedroom is equipped with an LCD satellite TV, DVD player, and air conditioning. Additionally, there are two guest bathrooms on this floor.

Outside, the villa features a garden and terrace adorned with Mediterranean plants. Guests can relax on the provided loungers and chairs or enjoy dining in the covered outdoor areas.

If your group exceeds seven guests, there is a newly built annex available at an additional charge. The annex, located next to the main building, accommodates two additional guests and includes a queen-size bed, a folding sofa bed, a spacious bathroom with a shower and bath, and its own terrace.

Casa Yalumba is conveniently situated just outside Dubrovnik, often referred to as the "Pearl of the Adriatic." This walled city is renowned for its well-preserved medieval walls, cobbled streets, and charming restaurants, creating a truly special destination for visitors.
