The property features spacious sunbathing areas surrounding the impressive 10m x 5m infinity pool and infinity jacuzzi. Comfortable lounging sofas under the pergola provide an ideal area for pre dinner drinks before dining on the terrace. The villa includes sunbeds for up to 10 people, with shaded pergola seating and a shaded external dining area perfect for escaping the midday sun.

Interior Living Spaces

Leading from the outdoor area, you enter the designer kitchen fitted with modern appliances and black quartz worktops. The kitchen dining area accommodates 8 people with stunning pool views. Sliding doors open onto the terrace, creating seamless indoor outdoor living. The lounge on this floor offers relaxing sofas with a 42 inch LCD TV, PlayStation 3 with games, CD and iPod docking station, plus a selection of books and DVDs. A cloakroom is also located on this level.

These can be used in Bedroom 3 along with the super king size bed for a family with 2 children, or if 4 or 5 children wish to share that room. Alternatively, 1 foldup bed can be used in Bedroom 3 and 1 foldup bed in the Master Bedroom, allowing the villa to accommodate up to 11 people.
