This spacious villa in Kalkan sleeps up to 14 guests across 7 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. The accommodation includes 4 king size bedrooms and 3 large twin bedrooms, all with ensuite wet rooms. One of the king size bedrooms features a large jacuzzi bath with views overlooking Kalkan, whilst 2 bedrooms have flat screen TVs and private balconies. All twin bedrooms benefit from balconies with stunning sea views across Kalkan bay.

The extremely spacious lounge area features sliding doors leading directly to the pool terrace, creating a seamless indoor outdoor living experience. The huge fully fitted kitchen and dining area also benefits from sliding doors onto the pool terrace, perfect for alfresco entertaining.

Kitchen

• Beautiful handmade high gloss white kitchen with soft close doors and island breakfast table. Fully equipped with cooker, hob, built in microwave, American fridge freezer, toaster, dishwasher, kettle, blender, and weighing scales.

Living Room

• 4 French doors opening onto the pool area and garden create wonderful light and space. Large satellite TV, DVD player, professional speaker system and WiFi provide entertainment. Comfortable seating for 14 guests.

Utility Room

• Large utility room with automatic washing machine, ironing board, iron and storage for clean bedspreads.

Outdoor Areas and Pool

The outdoor space at this Kalkan villa is exceptionally well designed with a magnificent 15m x 5m x 1.5m swimming pool, 12 sunbeds and ample umbrellas for shade. The outdoor dining table seats 14 guests comfortably and has a large umbrella to provide welcome shade during the summer months. There is a very large, specially made BBQ which can be positioned poolside or in the lovely garden area filled with scented flowers and fruit trees, creating a fantastic setting for outdoor dining. A dedicated bar area by the poolside completes the outdoor entertaining space.

Leisure Facilities

Should you wish to take a break from relaxing by the pool, Casa Monto offers plenty of entertainment options. The villa boasts a steam room, pool table, gym and fitness area, mini bar, table tennis table and a mini cinema with professional speakers and sound system. Movies can be enjoyed on DVD or via WiFi streaming.

Villa Services and Amenities

Upon arrival, guests will find a well provisioned welcome hamper provided with our compliments. This is thoughtfully stocked to allow you to settle in comfortably without the need to rush to the shops immediately.

Water Delivery Service: We appreciate that continually collecting and carrying large, heavy water bottles from the market can be inconvenient. Our service includes the provision of fresh water with our compliments. A water cooler is provided in the villa, and large bottles of fresh water are replaced throughout your stay.

Housekeeping: Towels and bed linen are provided and changed every 7 days as part of a thorough, full villa clean. The gardens and pool are cleaned daily, early in the morning to avoid disturbing guests.

Optional Services: A live in housekeeper can be provided for additional housekeeping service and attention. This service is not included in the rental cost, please contact us for details.
