Vista Puerto Pollensa is a delightful four bedroom Premier Villa situated in Puerto Pollenca. The house itself combines the tranquility the countryside with close proximity to the Port of Pollensa and its services, beaches, restaurants, shops and supermarkets.
The villa has a wide entrance esplanade, which allows ball games such as basketball and football, where you will also find a garage.
The beautiful entrance leads to a large, bright living room with spectacular windows affording panoramic views of the bay of Puerto Pollensa, the mountains in the distance and the countryside between Pollensa and the Port. The living area features a football table, a separate TV area with fireplace and direct access to a large porch and front terrace with spectacular views. There is an independent dining room also with views of the bay and the mountains and a beautiful fully equipped kitchen with porch.
All bedrooms can be found on the lower floor along with a small kitchen and the pool terrace. There is a small barbeque area next to the pool and a spacious covered dining/relaxing area on the front terrace where you can enjoy the views.
On this same floor you will find the master bedroom with large closets, an en-suite bathroom and access to the terrace.
There are a further three bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, one with two double beds, and one with twin beds, the last two rooms have access to 2 family bathrooms.

To book this villa we require a security deposit, payable 21 days prior to your departure, which will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return once the final checks have been completed. Please ask a member of the Premier Villas team to let you know the damage deposit amount required for your stay.
On arrival you will be able to check over the property with an agent to verify the content and conditions. Any accidental damage should be reported as soon as it occurs.
Deposits will be returned within 2 weeks of your return providing that the property is left in the same condition as when you arrived. In the event of damage, the deposit will be held until all issues are resolved.
