Villa Duque is a stylish and contemporary holiday villa has incredible views of the three bays in the north of the island of Mallorca, located on the top of a hill in one of the most exclusive residential areas of Pollensa.
The villa comprises four double bedrooms (the beds can be set as doubles or twins) all on the upper floor plus there are three bathrooms, a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a guest toilet on the ground floor.
There is air conditioning and central heating throughout the villa. Additional features include; modern furniture and a contemporary kitchen which is fully equipped. The villa is located a short distance to the town centre of Pollensa where you can find many bars and restaurants. The ancient town of Pollensa is transformed each Sunday morning when the Placa Major becomes a hive of activity as the magnificent weekly market reclaims the square and fills any space not otherwise occupied by the delightful outdoor cafes .
