Overview

Harley is a traditional 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom Premier Villa constructed of traditional stone. The villa sleeps 2 to 8 people, with a large private pool and mountain views. This country house for rent is only a mile away from Pollensa old town and has an ample choice of beaches within a 15-minute drive.

Accommodation

The house is semi-detached but its grounds are completely bordered with hedging.

The house has been restored with care to conserve its original charm, open stonework walls with beamed and arched tile ceilings.

The open plan lounge and dining area has a free standing wood burning stove and comfortable seating arrangements plus Satellite TV. The adjacent fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, vitoceramic hob and an oven. Both the lounge and kitchen have direct access to the front terrace by the pool.

On the ground floor there is a twin bedroom with en suite shower room and on the first floor there are 2 twin bedrooms, a double bedroom and bathroom with a large corner bath and shower. All the bedrooms are decorated in the same original stone and antique wood style and have ample storage space.

The house has time limited air conditioning (hot / cold) and Wi-Fi.

Outside

The large 30 x 17ft south facing pool with its sun loungers is surrounded by a lawned garden area complete with its brick BBQ.  A shaded open air dining terrace and chill zone makes this whole area ideal for relaxing by day and by night. From the terrace you can access the exterior shower and also the laundry room.

Guests will be required to pay an Eco Tax, which will be collected either upon on your arrival day or at the time of your final balance payment. Eco tax is €2.20 per person per day (age 16+) for the first 8 nights, after which it is €1.10 pppd
