Overview

Set in a quiet location in the La Font area of Pollença, Casa Serena is one of the finest examples of a superbly reformed original farmhouse in the Pollenca area, full of character and style. Furnished to a very high standard, this luxury villa is also within walking distance to the old town of Pollença, where you have an array of shops, restaurants, bars and markets just a few minutes away. The resort centre and Puerto Pollenca beach are just a short drive away. Other beaches that are close by include Cala San Vicente with its small sandy coves and azure blue sea. Inside

Casa Serena is a charming two storey property with one double and two twin bedrooms. Entrance through the main door takes you into the spacious open plan lounge and dining area. The sloped beamed ceilings combined with interior stonewalling lend character to the property and create appealing accommodation.

The lounge area has a feature fireplace and comfy seating, WIFI connection, Satellite TV and DVD player. The dining area has a large wooden table and chairs. To the left of the entrance and lounge area is the fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, electric oven/hob, microwave, eye level fitted cupboards and dishwasher. There is a separate utility area outside housing the washing machine. 

Bedrooms

  • Two attractive twin bedrooms can be found to the rear of the lounge area through a stone archway. Both bedrooms have have fitted wardrobes and share a full bath/shower room with a walk in shower.There are hairdryers in each bathroom. 
  • The staircase leads us up to the double bedroom and mezzanine floor area with comfy seating, TV and PlayStation 2 which makes an ideal spot for reading or taking a Spanish siesta out of the midday sun. The master bedroom has wooden floors, a decorative fireplace, a separate walk in dressing area and en-suite full bathroom and shower.

Outside

Casa Serena is set in well maintained gardens and mature trees which surrounding the crystal clear swimming pool. The covered dining terrace overlooking the pool is ideal for those delicious freshly cooked BBQ`s. There is a newly built extended poolside terrace with reclining comfortable sun loungers. Guests can also relax on the nearby terraced area ideal for popular alfresco dining whilst enjoying the essence of the Mediterranean lifestyle.  The walled gardens are an absolute delight with mature Palm trees, colourful bouganvilleas, scented herbs and lawned area for children to play. An added interest for the children is a small aviary.
