Overview

Villa Nell is a 5 bedroom Premier Villa, located just 15 minutes north of the wonderful vibrant city of Palma on the Island of Mallorca. This beautiful country house is located at the foot of the Tramuntana Mountains and offers amazing mountain views and a lovely pool.

Accommodation

When you enter the house, you find yourself in the beautiful living room with fireplace and access to the courtyard and beautiful terrace overlooking the garden.

The kitchen is well equipped and is located in the same room as the large dining area, which also has access to the terrace. The house has two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms on the upper floor and one double bedroom on the basement floor. A sofa bed (for 2 people) can also be found in the basement lounge. Four bathrooms; two of which are en suite. The house is equipped with air conditioning and central heating.

Outside

The well maintained gardens boast panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. This unique place offers complete tranquility and relaxation. The finca has several large terraces around the beautiful swimming pool with sun loungers. A barbecue is also available. A well-maintained path leads you from the gate entrance to the private parking for six cars directly to the house.

Location

The house is situated in the urbanization of Sa Coma de Bunyola, just 12 km far away from Palma. The property offers spectacular views to the surrounding fields and mountains. This area is ideal for hiking and cycling and it also offers an excursion by an old train through the mountains which arrives in Puerto de Soller. You can participate in numerous excursions in Palma and in other places. In Palma and in the town there are plenty of good restaurants. You can reach small bays like Cala Deià or Cala Banyalbufar or sandy beaches like Illetas.

The nearest Golf Son Termens is 3 km away from the house, and a horse riding club 1 km away. Just 2 minutes from the house is situated Raixa, an islamic farmstead. Son Amar in the centre where you can enjoy a dinner watching a live show. Just 2 km away from the house is Palmanyola where there are all kinds of amenities: supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy and tennis club. The weekly market is held every Wednesday on the main square. The distance from Palma de Mallorca airport to the house is 23 km.

Additional charges

Included in the price are all linen and towels for the house the final cleaning and water.

Not included in the price is the electricity expense, cost of 0,30€/KW and gas oil 1€/L.

The first cot and highchair can be provided free of charge.

Reservations for groups under 23 years old are not accepted It is not permitted to celebrate any type of events in the house.
