Casa Amalia

Overview

The villa is located in the residential area of El Toro that belongs to the area of Calvià, in the Southwest of Mallorca). It is a quiet and safe residential area and well connected, 25 minutes ‘drive to the center of Palma.

Accommodation

As you enter Casa Amalia on the ground floor, the living room will greet you with high ceilings. Other inviting features include sofas, situated around the modern fireplace and access to a balcony where you can enjoy spectacular views to the mountains and to the pine forest.

On this floor there is a W.C and a bathroom with bath and shower and a fully equipped kitchen with views to the garden.

From a staircase we access to the upper floor where there is a dining room with a table for meals located on the mezzanine, overlooking the living room. Following the corridor we arrive to another small lounge room with sofa, a projector / movie screen and wii console.

On this floor there are 3 bedrooms (two with double beds and one with a trundle bed) and a bathroom (with bath) en suite. Ond of the double bedrooms features an en suite and has access to a terrace with artificial grass, a small table, chairs and sun-lounger as an area to relax andtake in the views to the surrounding mountains.

On the lower floor, accessed from a staircase in the living room, there is a games room with large windows with a billiard table and table football. It has its own fireplace and a bathroom with shower. Outside can be accessed via sliding glass doors.

Outside

Outside offers a private pool (of 21 m2 x with a depth of 1.20 m x 2.00 m) and a garden with sun-loungers, a barbecue and a table and chairs for al-fresco dining.

Casa Amalia has air conditioning (cold/hot) in the two living/dining rooms and a ceiling fan in the child’s bedroom. It also offers free Wi-Fi connection.

You access to the house from a quiet and safe street in the residential area of El Toro, with parking facility.

The entire perimeter of the house is surrounded by gardens. At the entrance of the house we find a small table and chairs and a small garden with different plants like aloe Vera, cactus and an olive tree.

The location of this property is absolutely peaceful and idyllic. The large garden with its swimming pool surrounded by a garden with lawn, several plants, palm trees and an olive tree is an oasis of peace and gives an atmosphere of well-being and comfort in all aspects.

In El Toro you can find everything you need for everyday life, as it has a wide variety of supermarkets and restaurants.

From the property can walk to the sandy beach of El Toro and Puerto Adriano, one of the most modern and prestigious ports in the Mediterranean and exceptional basis for large yachts, restaurants and shops in an exclusive commercial area, where you can take a walk, go cycling or enjoy its restaurants and shops.

A 15-minutes’ drive are situated the beautiful beaches of Cala Vinyes and Portals Nous, both of crystal clear water or the beach of Santa Ponsa 5 minutes’ drive. Only 10 minutes’ drive there are the famous golf courses “Golf Poniente” and “Golf Santa Ponsa”. The house is close to the main shopping center of Palma “Porto Pi Centro” (15-minutes’ drive). It is located 30 kilometers from the airport, and with easy access from the motorway.

A weekly market takes place on a Wednesday in Andratx, around the promenade Son Mas and on Saturdays in Santa Ponsa.
