Accessed via a quiet driveway with a two car capacity garage beside the house, the villa's front entrance is a simple yet elegant gateway into your fantastic holiday villa, with its Yacht Clubs, Marina and trendy restaurants and bars close at hand, Villa Vela is the the perfect, exclusive retreat.
Living space, (TV, BOSE speaker) which has plenty of French doors that can be opened to afford a seamless indoor/outdoor environment.
Master bedroom 1: Double room (flat screen TV, BOSE iPod dock), corner sofa, Ottoman, walk-in wardrobe, en suite bathroom, walk-in shower, door to private terrace, sea views.
Bedroom 2: Twin room (satellite TV and BOSE dock), sea view.
Bedroom 3: Double room (satellite TV and sound system), en suite bathroom with double vanities and a walk-in shower, sea view.
Bedroom 4: Double room with independent access from the entrance`s interior courtyard, en suite bathroom and, sea views, access to the pool terrace via a staircase at the side of the house.

Private cellar stocked by the owners which guests are welcome to help themselves to (charges apply), instead of a trip to the shops!
"Snug" with sofas, Xbox ONE (games not provided), DVD player and flat screen TV. Large fully equipped kitchen/ dining room with door to veranda equipped with outdoor dining facilities.
Small utility room, door to back terrace which can also be accessed via stairs from the front entrance`s courtyard.
Double bedroom 5, reached through a long hallway, walk in wardrobe and an en suite bathroom, door to terrace and pool, views as the rest of the villa.
The large terrace is north-west facing and has excellent afternoon sun; alongside the aforementioned outdoor dining area it also has outdoor lounge furniture beneath the veranda, as well as a large barbecue grill and outdoor kitchen space.
Private 10m x 4m heated swimming pool (Roman steps) and spectacular views out to sea. There are six sun loungers and a large day-bed with shades and curtains that provide the perfect way to laze in the sun!
The villa is a leisurely fifteen minute walk from the Club de Vela (Puerto Andratx`s yacht club) and a twenty minute walk to the Marina with its trendy restaurants and shops; the walk does involve a hill or two meaning in might be unsuitable for older guests. There is also a supermarket just down the road from the yacht club.
