Villa Infinitum

Overview

Set on a large elevated private position, Villa Infinitum is a 500 m2 villa offering five double bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms and floor-to-ceiling windows with magnificent views of the port, mountains and sea.

Accommodation

The incredible master 'emperor' bedroom has 180 degree views and a stunning dressing room and en suite. There are two further king-sized bedroom suites in the main house both with ample cupboard space and luxury fitted bathrooms.  The guest apartment is connected to the main house and offers a further two double en suite bedrooms.

Boasting 100m2 of open-plan living, it is furnished stylishly but with comfort in mind. A German built kitchen offers the very best Gaggenhau appliances, plenty of work space and cooling facilities.

Just off the main living space is the Billiards Room. With a 7ft bespoke billiards table a game of snooker or pool can be enjoyed, in addition backgammon and other games can be found here.

The roof at Villa Infinitum offers unrivalled views of mountains, the port and the open sea. In the day it is an area for peace and quiet with a seating area and plunge pool. The early evening is when this area comes into its own.

Fully equipped kitchen with grill, side burner, sink, refrigerator and dishwasher offer guests the opportunity to cook rooftop dinners under an automatic retractable pergola. The bar is perfect after the days sun watching the world go by.

A must for every stay should be a Marc Fosh trained chef dinner, specifically commissioned by Villa Infinitum with our very own approved menus. These are private and exclusive; the perfect way to spend a Mallorcan evening. There is a large reclaimed dining table and a comfortable sofa area for television viewing with German and English channels, Netflix and Apple TV.

Bedrooms
Master bedroom (96 sq m) has a window-facing, emperor-size bed and views of the port; a statement rug; a large walk-in wardrobe and floor-to-ceiling windows. In the spacious ensuite bathroom there’s a freestanding bath tub, walk-in rainfall shower and twin sinks.

Bedroom 2 (45 sq m) has a super king-size bed, built-in wardrobes and an open-plan bathroom with a walk-in rainfall shower  

Bedroom 3 (30 sq m) has a super king-size bed, floor-to-ceiling windows with port views, built-in wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in rainfall shower.  

Bedrooms 4 and 5 are located in the guest apartment. 

The guest apartment is connected to the main house and offers two double en suite bedrooms. Whilst it can still be used as part of the main house, it offers a privacy option for families, teenagers or any domestic staff who may be travelling. The space has its own private living area, kitchen and terrace and is furnished in keeping with the high standards the villa. For the children there is a large TV with movie access.

Open-plan bedroom 4 (30 sq m) has a super king-size bed, an in-room shower and sliding glass doors that lead out onto a private terrace with sunloungers and port views. Bedroom 5 (24 sq m) has a double bed, built-in wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom with shower. The room has direct access to a terrace with port views.

Outside

Whilst the villa has many spectacular features the pools and terraces are what set it aside. The large main pool terrace seamlessly flows from the living area creating a fully integrated in-out living space. The main infinity pool is a salt and chlorine pool, heated to 28 degrees outside of July and August, the views from the terrace are magnificent. Plenty of dining space, cooling showering facilities and remote controlled sun shades ensure you have as much or as little of the heat as you require. 

The Bodega
Comprising of a carefully selected array of complimentary champagne, Prosecco, Spanish and Mallorca wines, beer and soft drinks the bodega is restocked weekly. All cooled in the glass fronted display you shouldn't have to worry about keeping yourself cool and refreshed or choosing wine for any of your in house dining requirements. We also have on offer and encourage you to try our personal choice of the 10 best gins of the world.

Spa and Gym
The spa and gym area are both important parts of the Votel experience. The spa itself has a 10m heated pool with lap facility, a sauna and showering facilities. The gym has treadmill, rowing machine, spin bike, weights and equipment. 

Car Parking
A street level garage has parking for two large cars and direct access into the villa.

Guest Services
The housekeeper will be on hand regularly to ensure perfect order of the villa, including nightly turn down service.

Grocery shopping, restaurant bookings, same day laundry service and concierge are available at your convenience via the housekeeper. 

Two full time housekeepers and daily breakfast included cooked and continental breakfast is included in the rental price

  • We do require a damage deposit of £7500.00 on all bookings, 7 days prior to departure via a secure online page. This damage deposit is held against your card and is released back to your card on your return, subject to no damages. The damage deposit value will differ for weddings / celebrations.
