San Pere Beach House is a five bedroom Premier Villa situated in Alcudia, Mallorca with direct access to two sandy beaches with crystal clear waters - the Sant Pere beach and the Sant Joan beach.
Sant Pere's calm waters are a favourite among locals and it is less likely to be busy during the week, while at Sant Joan, it is best to arrive early to secure sun loungers and parasols. Sant Joan also features a small beachfront bar that serves drinks and Majorcan cuisine and although slightly busier than Sant Pere, Sant Joan is still quite secluded.
The impressive villa has a pool and beautiful gardens, located in the well-known area of Mal Pas, just 2 kilometres from the beautiful walled city of Alcudia.
Fresh sea breeze and the brightness of the sun easily flow through floor-to-ceiling windows into the living areas on the ground floor, enhancing the beach atmosphere. Decorated with designer furniture, a relaxing colour scheme and breath-taking sea views, the house features high-end electronics including a television, air conditioning, a sound system, WiFi and there is also an office area and library overlooking the sea.
From the fully equipped open kitchen you can access the terrace located next to the pool where you can enjoy the gorgeous view as you dine, or have cocktails after dinner relaxing in one of several chill-out areas outside.
The basement of the house features a laundry, while the top floor boasts a fantastic roof terrace with stunning views to the sea and mountains.
In the garden, by the pool, there is an outdoor bathroom, as well as a separate guest bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom.

To book this villa we require a security deposit, payable 21 days prior to your departure, which will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return once the final checks have been completed. Please ask a member of the Premier Villas team to let you know the damage deposit amount required for your stay.
On arrival you will be able to check over the property with an agent to verify the content and conditions. Any accidental damage should be reported as soon as it occurs.
Deposits will be returned within 2 weeks of your return providing that the property is left in the same condition as when you arrived. In the event of damage, the deposit will be held until all issues are resolved.
