This stunning newly built villa is perfectly located in the beautiful village of Cala Llonga as it is within walking distance to all facilities such as supermarkets, beaches, bars and restaurants.

The exterior of the house has several terraces with sun beds and chairs, it boasts a large exterior dining table seating 8 people and there is a BBQ provided.

There is a fabulous L-shaped infinity pool that exists of two parts; a shallow part (great for small children) and deeper part.

Access to the house is via a gate with intercom or through the electric garage door, there is also room to park a car on the property.

The house is built on a corner plot and therefore only has neighbours on one side, it also has the added advantage of being south facing, so the terraces and pool have sun all day.

Living Areas

    The living areas consist of a spacious comfortable lounge area (40m2) and open kitchen with breakfast bar (30m2), both are on the ground floor offering all the luxury required for a comfortable stay.

    The kitchen is equipped with a double fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, induction cooker and ceiling extractor.

    All wooden furniture inside and outside the house is beautifully designed and has been imported from Bali.

    The entire house has air conditioning via the ceiling.
