Overview

Can Arte is a 6 bedroom Premier Villa set in a secluded peaceful location on top of the Atzaro mountain, surrounded by a 17,000 m2 of park and natural landscaping and has panoramic views of the ocean and Morna valley.

A hideaway for true relaxation in the north of the island between San Carlos and Santa Eulalia only 10 minutes away from the city life. This villa mixes the old Ibiza charm of the 70's and 80's with extensive renovations and has become a tranquil, peaceful and charming 547 m2 luxury villa of the highest standard.

Accommodation

The property boasts travertine marble floors in all rooms and terraces, air conditioning and under floor heating in all rooms including bathrooms and WiFi is available throughout the house including all outdoor areas.

There are four separate casitas connected to the main villa each consisting of a luxury guest suite with en-suite bathroom.

Main villa

Main Villa Ground Floor: Open plan with fully equipped kitchen, dining room for 8, reception, study with fire place, living room with large flat 3D Samsung TV, satellite, DVD, surround sound system, Sonos wireless music system in all rooms controlled via 6 iPads and fantastic terraces. There is also a bathroom with free standing bathtub on this floor for guests.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1 - Master bedroom suite with king size bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub, 2 terraces overlooking Morna Valley and the ocean, Samsung Cinema TV with satellite, antique table lamps, sofas and chairs, carpets, wonderful art and a walk-in closet which also can be used as baby room. Situated in the main villa.
• Bedroom 2 - Queen size bed which can be changed to two single beds (perfect for children) and en suite. Situated in the main villa.
• Bedroom 3 - Luxury guest suite with king size bed, spacious en-suite bathroom with large bathtub and shower, built in closet, sofa and chairs, satellite TV, located close by the fish pond with fountain and waterway. Situated in Casita 1.
• Bedroom 4 - Luxury guest suite overlooking the gardens and the pool with a wooden 4 poster king size bed, spacious en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower, built in closet, antique lamps, beautiful art, Carlucci Fabrics and satellite TV. Situated in Casita 2.
• Bedroom 5 - Luxury guest suite with spacious en-suite bathroom and large shower, built in closet, flat screen Samsung TV with DVD player and satellite, computer with printer, antique Chinese furniture and a golden Italian designer bed. Situated in Casita 3.
• Bedroom 6 - 5th double bedroom with king size bed in a separate beach style villa close to the parking area. It includes a lounge area with satellite TV, a kitchen, dining table for 4, a bathroom with large shower and bathtub and a wooden terrace (17 m2) with lounge beds. Situated in Casita 4.

Outside

You will discover a Balinese massage temple, flower-entwined pergolas, shady terraces and a myriad of beautiful places to relax.

The gardens are home to a large outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, surrounded by tall palms and with beautiful views along the valley to the Mediterranean Sea sparkling in the distance.

Beside the pool and the main house there is a myriad of outdoor dining spaces and chill-out terraces from which to choose.

Housekeeping

The villa is fully serviced by 2 housekeepers/ gardener /driver who are available 24/7 and live on the property (separate accommodation). Daily housekeeping of 8 hours per day as well as regular change of towels and bedsheets, laundry, pool and breakfast service is included (food costs are extra).
