Accommodation

This villa enjoys amazing panoramic views over the North East of Ibiza, surrounding hills, the sea and Formentera in the distance and is conveniently located just a 30 minute drive to the airport, 20 minutes to Ibiza town and 5 minutes to the Atzaro Resort Hotel.

With modern and interesting architecture, this house is both spacious and luxurious with underfloor heating throughout, it has a bright interior with an open-plan living area and offers an open view to the countryside and the sea.

There is a state of the art built-in American kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, juicer, blender, kettle, fridge and freezer; there are also laundry facilities including a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

There is central heating, air conditioning, Sonos Play 1 and Play 5 HiFi Sound System throughout the entire house and bedrooms, as well as 2 high speed internet connections.

The house is protected by a security system with CCTV including 20 cameras and 24/7 security guard.

The bar area is located near the pond zone and BBQ area where you will find everything you need to organise parties or just enjoy the peace and quiet.

The mature gardens boast a wide variety of fruit trees watered with the purest of water supplied by the property's own private well.

Please note: Security Deposits

All our Ibiza properties require a security deposit, payable 21 days prior to your departure, which will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return once the final checks have been completed. Please ask a member of the Premier Villas team to let you know the damage deposit amount required for your stay.

On arrival you will be able to check over the property with an agent to verify the content and conditions. Any accidental damage should be reported as soon as it occurs.

Deposits will be returned within 2 weeks of your return providing that the property is left in the same condition as when you arrived. In the event of damage, the deposit will be held until all issues are resolved.
